Dhk7's Terms & Conditions — Must read before becoming a member

1. Introduction & Consent

3. Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your dhk7 account. The following account rules must be observed:

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone.
• Sharing, renting, or selling your account to any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
• Change your password regularly and always use a strong password.
• Avoid accessing your dhk7 account over public Wi-Fi or on shared devices.

KYC Verification Process

Dhk7 follows KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures in line with international standards. Identity verification becomes mandatory after large withdrawals or once a specified transaction threshold is reached. It is every member's responsibility to cooperate with this process.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on dhk7 are governed by the following rules:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made exclusively from a payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, USDT) registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Any such deposits will be refunded and the associated account will be subject to investigation.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals from bonus winnings are subject to wagering requirements.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

1. Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x). This amount must be wagered in full before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
2. The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only. Any attempt to claim the bonus by creating multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
3. Dhk7's decision is final in all matters relating to bonuses.
4. Promotional offers have a fixed validity period. Any unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled once they expire.
5. If bonus abuse or any form of manipulation is detected, the bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

Reload & Cashback Bonuses

6. Betting Rules

All betting activities on dhk7 are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, dhk7's rules will apply to the relevant bets and all decisions will be considered final.
• Dhk7 reserves the right to void any bets placed due to incorrect odds or technical errors.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already placed will remain valid.
• Placing coordinated bets on the same event from multiple accounts (syndicate betting) is strictly prohibited.

Maximum Win Limit

Dhk7 sets a maximum win limit for each bet or event. This limit may vary depending on the type of game or event. Any winnings exceeding the limit will be automatically deducted.

7. Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Depositing funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources
• Placing bets using betting bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing or threatening other members or dhk7 staff
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information
• Unauthorized use of dhk7's brand or trademarks

If such activities are detected, dhk7 is obligated to notify the relevant authorities and may pursue legal action.
